Christmas Celebration 2015


Date: 09 December 2015
Venue: Ideas Space, Hadfield Building

Games, snacks, and hidden talents. We welcomed the 21 new ambassadors and celebrated the upcoming Christmas hundreds of miles away from home. Special thanks to Aznie for the beautiful songs :)




Engineering Open Day 2015

 

Date: 24 October 2015

Another Engineering Open Day is coming in a month! This time the exhibition will still be based in the Mappin building, with departmental stands in both the Mappin Hall and Pam Liversidge Suite. There will be ambassadors (Team Purple and Team Orange) around providing support and further information relating to their personal experience at Sheffield.




The Diamond is opening today!

 

Date: 28 September 2015

The Diamond, the University’s largest ever investment, is the second 24/7 library in the University of Sheffield. Located on Leavygreave Road, next to St George's, The Diamond features Engineering Labs, University teaching space and IC-like student-led learning spaces. To celebrate opening week, there will be some special Diamond goodies to be given away. So go and explore! Continue exploring the Diamond online.

Members of IEA together with Science and Engineering Champions participated in the 2015 Engineering Open Days as part of the staff team, helping prospective engineering students with any query and giving directions.
